It’s Simple to Set Up

Connecting WellReceived to your Jane account takes less than five minutes, requires no technical knowledge and involves just two easy steps.

  • Step 1: Locate your Jane online booking link. Log in to your Jane account and navigate to Settings > Branding. Scroll to the bottom of the page and copy your online booking link.
  • Step 2: Send it to our team. Email your booking link to care@wellreceived.com. Our services team will follow up to confirm that your WellReceived agents are ready to begin scheduling new appointments directly through your Jane account.

What to Expect Once You’re Set Up

Our receptionists work within your Jane booking system, so appointments appear in real time alongside your existing schedule. There is no duplicate data entry, no separate platform to manage, and no changes to how your team currently operates.
