Getting started with your WellReceived account is quick and easy. The time it takes to setup completely depends on your preference and the complexity of your script and needs.

Your basic setup – complete in 5 minutes

Setting up a basic message-taking script for your practice can be done in as little as five minutes. Here’s what you can expect with the basic setup: 

  • Upon signing up, your account’s phone number will be automatically assigned to you. 
  • If your preference is to have a number with a specific area/local code, please let us know and our team will do their best to complete your request.

Your personalized advance setup – 1 to 3 days

If your setup involves custom call scripting or advanced configurations such as setting up a bilingual script or an advanced scheduling call flow, it may take one to three days to complete. 

  • Please note that prior to implementing custom scripting or setting up your call flow, you will be required to attend an onboarding meeting with your customer account manager.
  • You can expect to receive an email from our team to help schedule your onboarding meeting or you can self-schedule here, according to your convenience.
