Keeping your contact list up to date does more than organize your records. It directly improves how your calls are handled and how your patients experience your practice.

When contacts are already stored in your WellReceived account, our agents can quickly verify callers, reduce repetitive questioning, and take accurate messages with confidence. The result is a smoother, more personalized interaction for your patients and a more efficient use of your call minutes.

WellReceived clients can securely import contacts using a CSV file or by connecting Google Contacts. The process is simple, compliant, and designed to meet strict privacy standards for HIPAA accounts.

This feature is available on both desktop and the WellReceived mobile app.

Why Importing Contacts Matters for Seamless Call Handling

Uploading your contacts is more than just an administrative task. It directly improves how your calls are handled and your patients’ experience of your practice.

1. Faster Caller Verification

When a contact is already stored in your WellReceived account, our agents can quickly verify the caller’s details. That means less time asking repetitive questions and more time focusing on the purpose of the call.

2. More Personalized Patient Interactions

When agents can confidently identify who is calling, they are able to respond with greater context and clarity. Instead of a generic interaction, callers experience a smoother and more personalized conversation.

That small difference can significantly elevate how your practice is perceived.

3. Greater Accuracy in Message Taking

Pre-verified contact details reduce the risk of spelling errors, incorrect phone numbers, or incomplete information. This ensures messages are delivered accurately and follow-up is seamless.

4. More Efficient Use of Call Minutes

Because agents spend less time verifying basic details, calls are handled more efficiently. For practices managing high call volumes, this can help reduce unnecessary call time and ensure your minutes are being used where they matter most.

5. A More Confident Front-Line Experience

When contact information is already available in the system, our team can answer calls with greater confidence. That confidence translates into smoother conversations and a consistently professional experience for your patients.
