Two million. That is how many trees WellReceived has planted, with the help of the clinicians, practices, and team members we are proud to call our own.
It’s a number worth pausing on. Not just for what it means for the planet, but for what it says about the people behind it.
Each tree is a reflection of a choice to care. A clinician who wanted their patients to hear a real, reassuring voice. A team member who knows that every act of care, no matter how small, can make a world of difference.
Together, these choices have grown into something that reaches far beyond what any of us could do alone.
To mark this milestone, we’ve created a short film that shares the people, purpose, and progress behind our journey. We invite you to watch:
At WellReceived, planting trees has never been a campaign or a seasonal gesture. It’s part of who we are.
For every client and every team member, we plant a tree each month. This is our promise. Caring for people and caring for the planet come from the same place in the heart, they are simply different ways of nurturing life.
To every practice that has trusted us with your patients, thank you. Your choice to partner with us reaches far beyond your front desk and touches lives in ways you may never see.

A figure this large can feel abstract, so let’s make it real.
Two million trees means about 4,000 acres of forest coming back to life—the same as 3,000 football fields turning green again.
It means removing about 44,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide from the air each year, like taking 9,500 cars off the road.
And every year, these trees give back enough oxygen for nearly 320,000 people. That’s more than the entire population of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Those who care for others know what it means to look ahead to make choices today that protect someone’s tomorrow. Planting trees is the same spirit, reaching out to the world we share.
Behind every tree is a story.
A physician who knows every patient call matters—a therapist whose patients always find a real, caring voice instead of a recording. A WellReceived receptionist who offers warmth at the end of a long shift, knowing the person on the other end needs to feel seen and heard.
Caring is the answer. It always has been. And that care extends beyond the call.

None of this would be possible without the organizations putting down roots in the ground.
We’re proud to work with partners like Trees for the Future, whose Forest Garden approach helps farming families restore land, grow food, and build more stable futures. It means communities with more food on the table, land returning to life, and a planet growing more resilient with every passing season.
Resilience is something we know by heart in healthcare. This work is about growing that strength: one tree, one patient, one practice at a time.
We’re grateful for their partnership. This milestone wouldn’t exist without their dedication.
Two million trees. We are deeply grateful and proud of what we have grown together.
But this isn’t where we stop.
We’ll keep planting. Keep caring. Keep building a service that gives back as it grows. And we invite you to be part of what comes next.
The best care is not just for today. It is about making tomorrow a little cleaner, a little greener, and much healthier for our patients, our communities, and the world we all call home.
