Your WellReceived invoice is designed to give you a clear snapshot of your account activity each month.
Invoices are emailed monthly to your designated billing contact. You can also access your account summary anytime in the WellReceived app:
Settings > Billing & Reports > to view invoices and transactions
Below is a breakdown of the key sections you’ll see on your invoice.

Total Due reflects your full account balance at the time of billing.
This amount includes:
The Due Date for your invoice is listed directly beneath the Total Due section.
Your Account Summary provides a high-level overview of your billing activity. It includes:
This is the Total Due from your previous invoice.
This shows any payments applied to your account during the previous billing period.
This reflects charges incurred during the most recent billing cycle.
You can view a detailed breakdown of these new charges directly below your account summary.
The Recurring Charges section outlines all charges from the most recent billing period, including:
This section helps you clearly see what makes up your monthly total.
This section details your account’s Usage in terms of the number of calls and the total minutes.
Additionally, it illustrates the number of minutes covered in your monthly plan, in addition to the Excess Usage Charges applied for the additional minutes used over the billing period.
The Payments and Refunds section outlines all the payments received and the refunds processed over the previous billing period.
You will be emailed a copy of your invoice every month, additionally you can also access all your invoices at any time in your WellReceived app.
